The Etobicoke Civic Centre was the seat of municipal government until the city was amalgamated into Toronto. The centre still provides City of Toronto government services.
Opened in 1958, the Etobicoke Civic Centre served as the home of the Etobicoke council until amalgamation.
The centre is currently home to the Etobicoke York Community Council, a number of local municipal departments and services as well as various services to the community.
