Apparently today is
National Chocolate Cake Day. I misunderstood earlier, and thought it was National Chocolate Day and celebrated with a Hershey chocolate almond bar. Alas, now I must find some chocolate cake to eat, or go home and make some.

I know you think it's crazy, but don't knock it until you try it! I know someone who requests this cake of his wife every year for his birthday. It really is THAT good. Either way, have your cake and definitely, eat it too!
