Off-duty officer allegedly drinking and driving

An officer with Scarborough's 42 Division was arrested and charged after police alleged he was driving in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and British Columbia Road area and exhibited a strong odour of alcohol around 1:25 a.m. Feb. 28.

He was off-duty at the time of the alleged incident.

Const. Donald Graham, 61, has been charged with over 80 mg. operation.

The 35-year veteran of the Toronto Police Service is scheduled to appear in court April 28.
