She is five-years-old and 50-years wise. Isabelle last week cut her hair to donate it to cancer for children.
Unusal enough, but she did this because she though her uncle Rob would like her to. She is donating it in his name. We lost my brother in-law last December and he was a kind generous person who loved children and they all loved him back.
Hence the donation of hair to one of the people she now misses. To continue this, the children of Rivercrest were asked to bring a toonie for Terry Fox.
She came home and asked if she could give the toonie she received from the tooth fairy would that make Terry feel better. Like I said, she is old beyond her years and I just thought I should write to someone and let them know that out of the mouths of babes hopefully one day a cure. Thank you, A very proud grandmother.
