NORTH YORK: Doctor charged with sexual assault, exploitation

A doctor has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation after three female patients were allegedly assaulted in a North York medical office.

Police said the accused is the sole physician working at the medical office, at 3585 Keele St., Unit 6A.

"The assaults occurred under the guise of conducting medical examinations," police alleged in a news release.

Thien Vuong Le, 56, also known as David Le, has been charged with three counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
