Police have released security camera images of a man wanted in a sexual assault investigation.

Police said a 17-year-old girl got onto a TTC bus at the Pape subway station Tuesday, May 6. A man boarded the same bus a few stops later and approached the victim, who was seated in the back.

“He engaged the victim in conversation at which time he sexually assaulted her,” police said in a news release.

The suspect is 30 to 40 years old with a chubby face, a medium build and a goatee. He wore an orange long-sleeved shirt, a red baseball cap with a white logo and black nylon pants.
