A number of East York Baseball Association players have advanced to the sectional Pitch, Hit and Run competition in Mississauga on Sunday, June 1.

The Aquafina MLB event was held May 10, at Stan Wadlow Park. The winners from that event advanced to the sectionals.

In the age seven and eight category, Malik Williams earned the All-around, Pitching and Running championship. Logan Kerry was the Hitting champion.

In the age nine and 10 category, Kirk Roach was the All-around and Pitching champion. Franklin Perez was the Hitting champ, and Ben Cherry was the Running champ.

In the age 11 and 12 category, Steven Tierney was the All-around, Pitching and Hitting champ. Justice Orprecio was the Running champ.

In the age 13 and 14 category, Sean Ratcliffe was the All-around, Hitting and Running champ. Joshua Williams, Riley Brown and Adrian Lee tied for the Pitching championship.
